Shipping policy for purchases on the Website:

Canada: Free Standard Delivery for orders above $200 CAD before taxes.
We provide free standard delivery on all orders above $200 CAD (not including applicable taxes and duties) within Canada. Whether you're ordering a single item or multiple products, there are no additional shipping charges.

Worldwide for orders above $200 CAD before taxes.
We provide a flat fee of $100 CAD standard delivery on all orders above $200 CAD (not including applicable taxes and duties), regardless of the destination.

Delivery fees for orders under $200 CAD before taxes.

Shipping fees of $35 CAD will be charged for any order below $200 CAD and will not include potential import duties and US tariffs.

Delivery Options and Timings

For most countries, we offer express shipping at additional cost, ensuring next-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Below are the estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2-3 days

USA: 2-4 days

Europe: 3-5 days

Rest of World: 3-5 days

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days unless there is a specific reason for delay, such as engraving or processing interest-free credit. Please be aware that during peak trading periods, delivery times may vary. Any extended delays, we’ll reach out to you.

Important Note: International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures

The below countries are excluded from express delivery:

Comoros, Falklands, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Mayotte Island, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, St. Helena (S. Atlantic), Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Turkey.

Our delivery partners are Canada post and Fedex for Shipment within Canada / DHL and UPS for all other shipments.

Customs Declarations

By law, we must declare the correct value of all items on international shipments. We cannot under-report the value, as this may result in fines for both the sender and recipient.

Excluded Countries

We deliver to most countries worldwide, except for the following:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Maldives, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Republic of Guinea/Guinea Bissau, Russia, Palestinian Territories, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Taxes and duties

Orders placed outside of Canada will be subject to applicable local taxes and duties upon delivery. Tessé Watches is not responsible for any customs/duties charged to a customer. Notifications of any outstanding payments will be provided by the courier.

Shipping to the United States (**Updated January 1st, 2026 and new inclusion of DDP**)

All imports into the U.S. are subject to tariffs, regardless of their value, and these will be charged at checkout for U.S. customers.

Orders to the United States ship with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you won't incur any additional import charges. Please note that US tariff charges are non-refundable.

Pricing for customers in the rest of the world will remain the same.

We will continue to provide updates on changes to this policy as they become available, and thank you for your continued custom. 

You may be required to share the details of your Social Security Number or Tax ID. Where this is required, the courier (FedEx or DHL) will contact you directly. We have no influence on this request if it's asked.

Other charges may apply depending on your state’s laws, and any orders over $2500 may incur additional charges, both of which the customer will be required to pay.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

All orders are shipped from Canada, so import duties or taxes may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you don't pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.

You may be required to share the details of your Social Security Number or Tax ID, where this is required the courier (Fed Ex or DHL) will contact you directly. We have no influence on this request if it's asked.

Please note: Tessé Watches is not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Contact the third-party shipper for any shipping issues that arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking.

Note: shipping fees, duties and taxes paid at time of purchase and any re-import fees due to non-payment of local duties and taxes are non-refundable.
